✦ I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes. Please do not upload it to any AI sites, as this could compromise the integrity of my artwork.
✦NFT usage is strictly forbidden.
✦There is a chance I will use this in my portfolio.
✦ Please let me know if you do not like this.

✦ I MUST receive the FULL payment before I send any finished artwork.
✦ I MUST have received at least half of the payment before I send any WIPs.
✦ I am willing to do payment plans for commissions over a certain amount, but this will be discussed.
✦ I will attempt to provide you with a work-in-progress (WIP) for the sketch, and you can request a WIP anytime you want within reason.
✦ If you do not provide feedback untill the artwork is finished, it will be a fee.
✦ During the sketching process, significant changes are permitted (only 3 for the order), but beyond that, any modifications will incur additional costs.
✦ When I deliver a WIP to you, I expect to receive feedback from you.
✦ If any colour changes need to be made, kindly inform me before I begin the rendering process, if there is one.
✦ If there are any modifications to the character or subject, there may be an additional charge depending on the nature of the alteration.
✦ After completing the order, some alterations, such as colour corrections, are fine within reason and can be negotiated if the elements were my responsibility and I overlooked them, or I misunderstood what was being asked.
✦ Please inform me in the commission request if you are requiring a harsh deadline so I can figure out if it is manageable for me.
✦ Rush fees are at least 25% of the commission, and fees may vary depending on the project and the timeframe given.
✦ Lastly, please keep in mind that I am a university student, so it may take some time for your commission to be completed as my university work takes priority.
✦ I am usually able to finish a commission within the timeframe of 1 week (sometimes less, it depends on the project) to a month, but things may happen, and if I need to delay, I will let you know.

✦ You, the Client, are free to use my work on other websites as long as it is clearly credited and linked back to me.
✦ You are not permitted to upload or host my work in any gallery that is only meant to display your own work.
✦ You are not permitted to claim my work as your own.
✦ Without my permission, you are NOT permitted to change, modify, edit, or utilise my works.
✦ You are NOT permitted to trace over my artwork in any form, including using it as a "base."
✦ A 90% refund can be offered if I have not yet started on the commission, but this must be done BEFORE I start working on it.
✦ As soon as any sort of artwork is sent, even a WIP, no refunds are offered.
✦ If you chargeback after the work is done, I will blacklist you.
✦ Please don't use vague terms with me; they will just cause confusion.
✦ If communication is clear, work should begin within the next few days and be done within a month, but it may take longer. Please understand I have ADHD and can get distracted sometimes.
✦ Feel free to bug me (within reason) about your commission, I tend to be a very gabby person (I like talking)
✦ Delays caused by late replies are not my responsibility.
